How long will it take for my package to arrive once I've paid?

Packages are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days on average. We ship within 1-2 business days once payment has been received.

I have a discount code. Will the Discount code be applied to the shipping and/or tax as well?

No, the discount code will only work on the items original price. Tax and shipping are excluded. Shipping may be discounted only if the  discount code is specifically for the shipping costs.

Can I use a discount code on a sale or discounted item?

You can only use a discount code for full price items.

 

How do I return an item?

Please e-mail us at customerservice.singe@gmail.com to get the process started. Please include details of what was wrong with the item(s).  We only pay for return shipping if the item you received was damaged. We apologize, but at the moment you would be responsible for return shipping if you just changed your mind about the item or if you got the wrong size.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have14 days after you have received the item to return it.

 

What is your return policy? 

Please e-mail us at customerservice.singe@gmail.com for all returns. Please include the e-mail address you used for the purchase along with your order number, pictures and any explanation you think we may need. If you received a damaged item we will pay for return shipping and immediately issue you a paid return label. We will also send you a non-defective item or refund you depending on what you choose.

At this time, we unfortunately do not pay for return shipping if you just changed your mind about the item or if you got the wrong size.

All items that are returned must be in original condition with tags attached and the packing slip/Invoice. Returns must be made within 14 days from the package being received by the customer. We will not accept an item back if it is laundered, smelly, dirty, ripped or excessively wrinkled or has pet hair. If the item(s) is/are returned in any of the unacceptable conditions stated above, we will send the item back to you. If the item(s) is/are returned to us a second time, we will then donate the item(s) to a charity of our choosing. We are sorry but at this time you will not receive a refund if the item(s) is/are returned in an unacceptable condition. So please make sure you don't use the item if you plan to return it/them. 

Once we receive the item back, we will refund your money ASAP. Typically within 1 business day. Please keep in mind that it may take a few business days for the money to appear on your account.

Can I exchange my item for something different?

We are sorry, but at this time we are not able to process exchanges for a different item. We can only process an exchange for the same item in a different size or color. If you would prefer a different item you will need to return the item you don't want within 14 days, and then separately purchase the item of your choosing. Please make sure you e-mail us all of the details. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

I received the wrong item or size but ordered correctly. What do I do?

Oh no! We are first and foremost very sorry. Please e-mail us and send us a picture of the packing slip/invoice. We will then send you a return label so that you may return the incorrect item. Please be sure to include the packing slip/Invoice.*Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will send you the correct item right away! 

Can I return a clearance item?

I am sorry, but all clearance items are final sale. No returns.
